Mr. B personally inspected many properties in the last year in the West Coast of Florida were buyers purchased homes that were inspected by other inspection companies. The properties he inspected had major problems that should have been spotted, including such things, as illegal additions, alterations that did not meet building codes, poor workmanship that did not meet industry standards, no permits pulled, open permits, illegal alterations, electrical problems, plumbing problems , and so on.
In cases were Mr. B found signs that their may be an illegal addition or alterations Mr. B called the city or municipality's on properties as he inspected them ( in every case the addition or alteration was illegal and not done with a permit). This seems to be a trend since the Real Estate drop in prices.

One of our favorite beaches for sun and fun is HOLLYWOOD BEACH. Hollywood Beach has a broad walk about two miles long right along the beach. There are many shops and restaurants where you can dine or snack while looking at the beautiful ocean. You can walk, bike, and roller blade along the beach in designated areas. Hollywood Beach is about ten minutes from the Hollywood Fort Lauderdale international airport.

One of our favorite Hotels on the Boardwalk Hollywood Beach is the Hollywood Beach Marriot Located at 2501 N. Ocean Dr. 954/922-2202 The outside bar is open to the public where the service and drinks are exceptionable. Music is an added attraction on the week ends.
