We can construct a home or building of your dreams based on your construction plans. The fee is $500.00 for the first ten hours of getting your plans ready for permitting. If more than ten hours is needed, a fee of $80.00 an hour will be charged. A cap can also be placed at this stage. After permitting, our fee will be a percentage of the entire job. This percentage shall vary as to the cost of the job. This concept saves you money! In a straight bid, as most companies use, the general contractor bidding your job has to figure for the worst possible situation. If your plans have mistakes, you would later be charged with a change order.
